Community: Being part of a group of people who are going through similar situations helps people see that what they are going through is a universal experience and not something they must endure alone.
Many people mistakenly believe that recovering from addiction only involves detoxification from it. However, successful detox from drugs or alcohol is only the first step in a long process. For most people, recovery is a life-long journey, and one of the many steps necessary to take during recovery is participating in an individual therapy program.
Individual therapy is a type of therapy in which a person receives help on a one-on-one basis with a licensed therapist. At Ardu Recovery Center, we’ve guided people from all walks of life struggling with a myriad of drug and alcohol addictions. We understand that staying at a residential treatment center full time isn’t an option for everyone, which is why we want to provide our patients with the most comprehensive Day Treatment program possible. We also know that transitioning from Residential Treatment to life outside of rehab isn’t easy, so our Day Treatment program is the perfect bridge for this phase. Our participants typically spend 20 hours or more a week in our program, which lasts between 2-6 weeks.
Using a combination of group therapy, individual therapy, and personalized case management plans, along with other tried and tested treatment modalities will ensure that you leave our facility feeling successful and confident. We’re here for you or a loved one, regardless of the addiction or mental health condition you’re struggling with. We’ve been serving residents of Provo, Utah, and the surrounding cities for years, and we’d love to talk to you and come up with the best treatment plan possible.
